Potassium methylsilicate is an alkaline aqueous solution generated by the reaction of potassium hydroxide and methylsilicic acid. It can react with CO2 or other acidic substances in the air to form the active substance poly (methylsilicate), which produces waterproof properties. Mainly used as a mineral waterproofing agent. When using this product, it needs to be diluted with water to create a waterproof surface and reduce water absorption. It is permeable, absorbable, and can maintain the natural appearance of the substrate. An insoluble mesh waterproof and breathable film is formed on the surface of the substrate. It has excellent waterproof effect and the advantages of anti-seepage, moisture-proof, rust resistance, aging resistance, and pollution resistance. It can prevent moisture from being absorbed into the substrate
